Challenge
Prior to implementing Rocketbrew, New Level Work was an early tester of another AI SDR solution. Their goal was to automate pipeline for their Account Executives so they could focus on selling and bring down the cost of acquisition compared to expensive industry events.
The plan was to leverage an AI SDR, along with templated sequences and ad hoc handwritten messages from the AEs.
Like with many basic AI SDR solutions, the New Level Work team inputted prompts for their value proposition and pain points. This was great at generating messages but often lacked the personalization needed to invoke a response.

Instead of manual prospecting, New Level Work’s reps received an email invitation once a prospect was ready to book a meeting. The history of the conversation was automatically written back to the CRM to help the reps easily prep for the meeting ahead.

Results
Within the first month, Rocketbrew generated 6x more meetings than their last AI SDR solution. Their reps met with teams at Reckkit, the State of Missouri, Louisiana State University and more. New Level Work is projected to have over $1M in pipeline, automatically generated from Rocketbrew.
